1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MockingBoard ("the Service"), operated by MockingBoard ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MockingBoard. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to access it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on MockingBoard, including scouting reports, big boards, mock drafts, articles, and takes. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. You may delete your content at any time.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Subscriptions & Payments

MockingBoard offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by MockingBoard and protected by intellectual property laws. NFL team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of the National Football League and its member clubs, used for informational purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockingBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
